Current stats: 15, 5'9, 55kg

What do I do to become as athletic as possible. To preface, I'm garbage at sports, by balance is shit etc. I don't engage in shit like that in general but I'm only actually at swimming since I did that in my childhood.

I'll list every aspect I'd like to focus on, and I'm aware that doing all of these at once will be impossible.
  • Strength
  • Explosiveness/power
  • Flexibility/mobility
  • Agility
  • Speed
  • Muscular & cardiovascular endurance
  • Spacial & bodily awareness
  • Reaction time
  • Stability
  • Balance & coordination
  • Hand-eye coordination

I need to be as athletic as possible. Its literally one of the most crucial things to have in HS/secondary school. I need any advice possible to improve all these areas, whether that's some training regiment or PEDs or drugs (already starting HGH).
