With each hour that passes my eyes start to burn. This is obv because i rot on here but its not like ill stop rotting so i need recommendations to avoid eye damage while staring at my screen for hours

None of it actually damages your eyes, just strains them, it's all genetic. I have perfect vision and I've spent a fourth of my life rotting in front of screens. My friends all have glasses yet they leave their houses more than I do.

I used to stare at the sun as a kid, it was a constantly tempting forbidden fruit that I simply could not resist plucking in the fertile summer evenings at my grandparents' house out in the countryside.
