Don’t eat before going to bed, eat only whole foods (meat, diary and fruits in particular), or go for (aerobic) exercise after waking.

Heal your liver and intestine.

I get such a bad bloat and bags under my eyes after a night of drinking and eating a massive salty burger right before sleep

No surprise- they sell us literal poison, prioritising profit and shareholder satisfaction over the health of the population.

Goyslop is such a fitting name for that 'food'

To be fair, it’s everywhere - a systematic, structured, and calculated approach to keeping the economy in check.
Whether it's nutrition, skincare, or anything else, the goal is simple- they don't care about your health, just economic growth.
Actually they partially benefit from you being sick. It’s incredible how resilient our bodies are, given we feed it with poison every single day.

We all do. It’s so hard to avoid completely. Incredibly expensive as well long-term.

Most animals are resilient as fuck, humans included. Have you ever seen some of the deplorable conditions dogs are kept in? Those little niggas can survive almost anything. Fed noting but bread and water, chained all his life, not even a shelter that does not let rain in, yet the poor fuck keeps on living for years. Many such cases in subhuman villages.

Our health and wellbeing were never the interest of anyone, govt or private business. Ofc they are all there to suck us dry. Money makes the world go round.

Yes, and it’s all part of an interconnected system, where everything from nutrition to mental well-being influences each other.
We culturally, promote hustle culture, pushing young men to burnouts and loads of stress.
Heart-related or generally health-related issues explode in numbers and will continue to increase massively, if we don’t adapt.
If you're smart, you'll seek a stress-free job, enjoy life, free yourself from unnecessary social obligations, get subsequently rid of your insecurities, and age in a healthier, happier way.
