How to avoid regress on gym while being on a aggressive cut?

I am now at a 2k+ deficits and see a significant regress in the gym.I am taking 80-100g carbs and caffeine preworkpuy but it seems to be meaningless.How do you guys progress while being a huge deficits?

bro don’t go on a 2k cal deficit your crashing your hormones by not supplying yourself with enough food. go 1k at MOST and just rip stairmaster for 1 hr 1:30

So take out 1k from tdee and do more cardio right?

Ur lowkey retarded if you are in a deficit any higher than 1k, and even that is pushing it

yeah pretty much and carb cycle too if you want to still be able to push you lifts hard
