How to be healthy? Running Tips?

I'm trying to get healthier, so I want to start running by like next week, I want to debloat, and have better health. How much running should I do? And what other tips?
 
Doesnt matter how much?
Start running on treadmills as much as u can and gradually increase the time of running as your stamina improves, and start lifting
