@Never Get Up @RawMogger how do i get 180 grams of protein in a day while being in a caloric deficit ?

I was thinking of 600 grams of rib eye steak which equals to 120 grams of protein, and then eating 200 grams of chicken breast which is 60 grams of protein and would be totally 1600 calories, which is a 200 caloric deficit for my BMR.

My goal is to cut body fat without losing muscle/maintaining muscle mass.

Calories are heat energy. You can not consume heat.

What you mean is eating less MASS. Stop worrying about how much you’re eating. If you eat meat and animal fat only, your satiety signals will let you know when you’ve reached your needed nutrient intake.

You can do that so easily

Chicken salad meat. Like 100-120 calories and 23g protein

I usually eat 800g beef patty/ground beef. My local ones have 133kcal per 100g and 22g protein per 100g
