How to be less zoned out and less into my intrusive thoughts?

I keep thinking all day about the same things over and over and basically I lose time and I torture myself in the Hope of self improvement, I live in my head all day and I have lump in throat.

Im so zoned out people sometimes in the evening Say ' good evening ' and to be fast at replying I Say something totally out like ' good morning take care "

I dont know if autism or what else, i have certified ocd

I noticed the same thing, PSL has literally changed the way I think. I think you just have to take a break and stop rotting on here everyday. Go play football with friends if you have any, afterall you can't do much if you already softmaxxed and don't plan on surgery

phenibut and DMAA/DMHA, just use yourself as a test subject for reasearch chemicals and you'll eventually find something that helps you if these 2 don't. Currently on DMHA in school and idk if I'm zoning out or not but there are no intrusive thoughts. You're just fucking wired
 
Distance yourself from overstimulating things like this site and tiktok, Use your phone less. It all helped me alot

Yes I see using my phone too.much Is really bad for my mental health, but I try to use It as a solution so its a loop

I know but I dont know if Its Just ocd or somewhat else
 
You need to grind no time for day dreaming or negative thoughts.
