Having anxiety around people is the worse. How would you become low-inhib?
 
Impossible. Exposure therapy has done fuck all for me tbh. Probably just gotta inject T and give yourself a head injury hoping it fucks your amygdala
 
You get good looking and become low inhib within a few months automatically as people start to treat you human

physiology dictates your behaviour and mood in 90%+ cases so fix your hormones/microbiome/neyrotransmitters.

fastest and achievable way prolly gonna be ssri like lexapro+ bupropion combo or lsd/magic mushroom microdosing. Test injections works only if you are truly deficient. more intricate way would be prolly get your hands on nardil. If your anxiety manifests physically like increased heart rate and ext propranolol is also a good option.

also try anti candida diet for a week - thats literally keto on steroids without any form of sugar and fast carbs - if your gut is fucked high chance its affecting your bloodstream which in turn causes massive brain fog/anxiety. If you wont feel any changes in a week then at least you gonna know that your gut is in good condition.

behave like someone low-inhib. You feel a lot of anxiety and you will have to ignore it, if you expose yourself to those high levels of inhibition you will end up getting used to it. You will need a lot of willpower tbh
