You probably don't realize this but.... almost 40% of our lives are us looking at a screen (well for some rotters here haha), I realized this when there was a trend on TikTok where people show their screen times and most of the video average about 8 HOURS PER DAY!??! WTF.
and this is the root cause of why people are not being productive.
Why it's Important
This is common sense. Improves your life, less time wasted, helps to achieve our goal in life, yada yada yada. not going to write a 3 paragraph text on why you should be productive it's obvious & common sense.
What does being Productive Mean
Being productive means getting the most out of your time. It means being efficient and effective with your work. (Link)
Understanding of Productivity
You getting motivated > You doing work > You doing work makes u motivated to do more work!!! its a cycle
Idea by @easy_actually. Doing small work can motivate you to do more work, it's like when u do pushups u wanna do more pushups.
And if u don't have the motivation to start doing a task do it no matter what OR start doing small tasks. yk cus work = motivates you to do more work and you'll end up finishing the task.
How To Be Productive
1. Start with a Commitment: You have to get the mindset that you will and want to be productive. Why do you want to be productive and what is the goal that u want to achieve
2. Dopamine detox
3. Have a good morning routine: your morning routine will influence how your day is gonna be. if your morning routine is shitty there's an 80% chance that your day is gonna be shitty too. Make a morning routine that suits you tip: exercise and take a cold shower.
4. Make a list of what you should do every day
5. Have a good diet
6. Building good daily habits
7. Have a good social life
8. Consuming Content at 2X/3X Speed
9. Avoid Multitasking
10. learn something new
11. Find things you want to do
12. Taking a break
Drugs
Drugs can improve productivity/focus by improving your cognitive function.
- Modafinil (100-200mg)
- Adderall (5-30 mg)
- Dexedrine (5-10 mg)
- Phenibut (250-1,000 mg)
These are just the commons there are a lot of drugs to improve focus. You don't need drugs IMO you need to build new habits/lifestyle for a better life. + drugs fucks u up

- Omega 3s
