TL;DR: just become so numb that your empathy towards others vanishes, so you put people as the stairs for your own success.

basically what every rich family has done.

"just don't care about anyone's opinion about you to become successful, which is only desirable because it makes others care about you more in the first place"

dark triad copers are so stupid

To be successful start not distracting yourself by watching useless videos on youtube that talk about equally useless movies

the key to sucess is drinking whisky while you think about scam and bussiness ideas, until you get lucky. simple as that

Very true. In an office for example, you will have a guy who is good at talking to people but underperforms, so one of the people who likes him picks up the slack for him. When performance reviews come around, the guy who picked up the slack gets similar KPIs to the underperformer, but the underperformer is perceived as more productive because the managers like him and they project that he does better quality work in a way that is hard to benchmark. When the guy who works less and is a worse employee gets a promotion, do you think he complains to managers that he doesn't deserve the promotion as much as the guy who helped him? Never
