You need to have GL features to do so, get faceapp and take a MM tier selfie with hollywood filter (for skin) photoshop a model hairstyle and contacts on professionally. Now you need to find pics of someone around your size and photoshop your face onto the pics they took. Use a follower / like bot then once you get a professional camera you can take your own.
