How to become more NT?

"biggest flaw" u thinking it's a flaw is a flaw itself

prob a self-made "problem" as well, cut time from giving attention to thoughts instead try finding copes for urself to zone in (gymcelling, PC gaming, passions etc..)

Go outside and spend time with friends is a great way to NTmaxx because ur not in ur head thinking dumb shit, instead ur keeping up to date with trends while socializing which is mentally healthy, anything that allows you to be present is helpful
