Bro I think you measured your dick wrong tbh. Your supposed to measure bone pressed. Also you have to measure the curve and not it straight. If it points up at like 45, it will be harder to measure and measurement will be smaller. Also for girth you have to measure circumfrence. Idk what you did. you should measure circumfrence at the thickest part, not at the glans or something.
