zinc

melatonin (didnt use but will help with better sleep quality=better bone healing)

diet:
tons of meat, eggs (protein) , and milk (water jfl)
drink lots of water

honorable mention for my skull ascension:
thumbpulling (dont know how effective that was but still did it)
