How to build muscle while being lean ?

How do you build muscle while maintaining at 12% body fat ? Is it possible ? Do i need to eat a lot of protien while lifting 6x a week to build muscle and stay lean ? Or do i need to bulk then build and cut ?
 
u gotta bulk like me and then cut

How much too bulk ? And if bulking like a lot of carbs and chicken ?

there's a def between lean and skinny

are u just skinny like never worked out before
or like worked out lean before

because if u r skinny lean never owkroued out and u wanna get big u need to bulk up for 1 year or 6 to 9 months buddy boyo

So bulk and build muscle then cut ? Will i lose the muscle if i start eating only 1k calories after 2 years of bulking and training ?

yes
you don't need to rush it and lose a fucking ton of muscle eating 1k calories
after 2 years of bulking your muscles will naturally increase your metabolic rate so you would get the same effect eating like 1.8k
but then when you go cut you do your research and figure it out, avoiding the max losing muscle
in the worst scenario it will take some months but then you'll have an amazing physique

im not wasting a year of my life being a fat lard ass
are there actually no ways of gaining muscle without becoming an obese cow or roiding??
 
you'll gain size the first year regardless of whether you bulk.
 
why you need to even ask? just workout
 
lift weights and sing cumbia
 
Bulk for a year then start a clen cycle. A clen cycle should be ran for 2-3 weeks while incorporating more cardio and hiit
