How to build thick neck without eating in surplus?

I’m cutting right now, but I want to build thicker neck as mine is only 14 inches. Is it possible to build thicker neck if I train it everyday inspite of cut?

why would you want a thick neck particularly? personally im pretty heavy gymcel and i wish my neck was smaller so my sleep would be easier. Growing your traps can give you an illusion of a thick neck. the easiest way to thicken you neck obviously is just gaining weight, same for any other muscle. You can work your neck flexor and erectors with chintucks and head raises

I’m 15% body fat but I will do 100 neck curls on 500-700 calorie deficit. Any hope? My neck is 14 inches and I won’t bulk ever again till my last days.
 
bro you think about doing neck curl whole day just go do it doesnt matter if you are on cut or bulk. On both you should to them:
-on cut to not loss neck muscle
-on bulk to build neck muscle
Just eat high protein and train that muscle, dont think about that whole day not worth.

Because my neck length is large, I have broad shoulders and good body and large head making my neck look small. Neck is the base of masculinity.

jeff nippard 5'5" looks like he gained 40 lbs in between those pics, again gaining muscle/fat weight is the easiest way. Doing compound movements like the overhead press, barbell shrugs and deadlifts will surely make your neck grow and you gain muscle. theres no way to magically add mass to your neck without gaining muscular weight.

It’s 14 inches bro, it won’t get any smaller anyway. I just want to gain more muscle. Isn’t that possible since I’m never gonna bulk again in my life. My shoulders are wide, biceps are 16.5 inches at 5’10. The only muscle I don’t have is neck because I wasn’t aware of its importance.

And I can’t gain muscular weight without bulking and getting fat along the way?

yep if youre natty or just do steroids if you want the easy way out. you can lean bulk but its not worth the time.

im not sure who told you that you can gain muscle without bulking
i guess i think "recomping" might be a thing?? thats where you lose fat and gain muscle while staying at your current bodyweight, if you diet is suboptimal recomping might be what you want to do. the optimal bodybuilding diet is high in eggs, cheese, milk. red meats, fish, shellfish and carbs. Stop eating proteins powders and junk food and you might be able to achieve a "recomp"

Literally my diet on cut
 
Do neck curls and neck extensions don’t listen to other people in comments saying do compounds neck is like every other muscle
 
What do u estimate my neck size?
