TLDR: How do I track my caloric intake?

I have no sense of how many calories I'm eating right now and it's a pretty big issue. Ever since I have started my bulk I realized I have been eating not in a slight surplus but just eating a fuck ton of food and figuring out whether or not I have been eating enough food based on how often I take a shit. I have made progress so far since I'm becoming less of a framelet but the progress is slow and my face is heavily bloated. Right now I'm hoping that my body catches up to my caloric intake and that would be determined by whether or not my bloat generally desiminates. So I would like some advice on ways to effectively track my caloric intake.
 
Estimate the calories you eat by looking at the nutrition value on the food packages or internet. It really isn’t that hard. Use a calorie calculator on the internet and see what your maintenance is. 500 calorie surplus is typically the best.

No, 250 calorie surplus is best. 500 is too much because you can only gain up to 2 lbs of muscle per month anyways, so if you gain 4 lbs per month, what you will gain will be 50% fat 50% muscle instead of 100% muscle.

Damn I'm clueless then. Most of my calories come from rice but I have no clue how to measure it. Thank you for the advice.

Carbs should be less than 40% of calories brah especially white rice has a terrible glycemic index

What should I eat? I am getting fat in the face during this bulk and need this to stop or else I’m roping
 
dude just fucking eat till you can’t anymore and when you get hungry again do the same thing.

if anyone is scared of getting a fat face for a few months from a bulk you’re a pussy. who cares. you go your whole life without vagina what makes you think you’re going to get the opportunity in the months where you bulk? glhf.

Download Cronometer and put in your goals weight or measure your foods eat a 250cal surplus don’t get your calories from processed food or your face will bloat

Hard concept to grasp you eat slightly more carbs and protein. Do it for 1 week depending on your body, The amount of exercise you do due to stresses in life or physically demanding job you might need to adjust carbs higher or lower it's that simple.

For myself for strength I live by higher sodium in food and salt it literally gives me so much energy this may just be antidotal but i feel stronger with that shit. To offset the bubble gut i drink 4 litres of water a day as you know sodium expands by a huge magnitude in the stomach.

Watch your sugar lv if you feel like you crashing for some weird reason don't be afraid to snack on a fucking banana just dont drink your fruit like ameri retards with juice that is pure sugar.
