I would say that your SMV is your PSL - 3 if you're male. So a 9/10 gigachad would have the same SMV as a 6/10 becky and a 6/10 high tier normie guy would get the same attention from females as your average 3/10 foid gets from soy cucks.
It can also be affected by location, age groups, etc. That was just the default.
