How to care for type 2 hair (2a,2b)

I have type 2a/2b hair and I want more defined waves, more hydration, less frizz, and easier to control/create volume.

In winter especially my hair gets really dry and flat and damaged making it look straighter than it should be.

Im currently on no shampoo so I wash my hair with water and massage scalp but apply no product or do anything else with it whatsoever.

Any tips/products recommended for my situation??

i got same hair type bro. i lowk stopped using products but i use a leave in conditioner occasionally. winter makes the air dry and my hair has high porosity so it becomes straight too so a leave in conditioner is especially good for that.

you might want to shampoo at least once every week or every 2 weeks cuz thats lowk disgusting and not using shampoo is liberal propaganda.

Ive thought the same about no shampoo first time I heard about it but I'm experiencing no dandruff no smell(according to others) and a less dry hair so I'll look into it anyways but I think it's not an issue
