I've reached a point in which I'm obsessing too much about my looks in an unhealthy way. I need a surgery to fix my midface, and I'll get it to feel more happy about my looks. I, first, want to get to 12 bodyfat to feel good about myself. But I want to cope. How can I stop thinking so much about my looks? I feel like I should focus on some other things, but I've been called ugly a lot. Is there any way to cope? To enjoy life without caring about the negative feedback?
