How to change eyebrows?

I wanna transform my eyebrows from where they are rn similar to the morph that someone made for me (both are attached below)
Ive got 2 questions:

- ive been lookin around eyebrow shapes recently: which brow shape, set, length etc do you think is ideal for appeal. Like Summerhalder, Delon, Oliver Chesire or just like the morph.

- whats the best technique to achieve it: Microblading, Powderbrows or Eyebrowtransplant?
