I didn't, there's no option in the software(Facegen) for this, only if you manually drag some points from the face. Anyway, I increased the jaw, pushed the chin forward and widened it, pushed the cheek bones upward and enlarged them, and made the cheeks more hollow. I wonder if such a transformation is really possible through surgery.
