How to change habits past age 30?

I used to be able to change habits with my thoughts.

I would think about it, do it, I would wake up next morning thinking about it and do it until it would become my habit.

But now I'm in a vicious cycle of trying to change something and quiting. Then trying again and quiting again.

Unfortunately I was bluepilled/redpilled pre-25 years old, so I build not optimal habits.

I need 5 more years of elastic brainpower now that I found blackpill. Any drugs that I can take or something to make my brain elastic again?
