Is there a way to surgically modify the midface ratio and facial width to height ratio? Any advice for people who have a narrow skull, which makes the eyes appear close-set?

You cant change ES (eye seperation) ratio without OBO and they give that to only deformed patients.

But over fwhr would increase with MSE and Lefort 1 ccw rotation (if your maxilla growed downward)

Thanks. Can you explain in what consist the last two procedures (MSE?, Lefort 1 ccw rotation?)? I have read here that Dr Eppley perform orbital box osteotomy in non-deformed patients.

Thats why I writed "downward growed" .
If you dont have that it probably growed only forward.

I think it depends on which parts of your maxilla is long. I have a high gonial angle and long midface but no gummy smile at all.

I already have a short philtrum. My midface is long from my nose up to my orbitals. I guess it's over.
