how to cheek bite correctly

i saw someone mention a while ago that if you were to cheek biting correctly you would be able to talk while doing it, the guy never said how and i don't think that makes any sense. anyone know

U need to bite just a bit and only do it if ur lean or else it’ll be obvious if u have fat cheeks

Also better to not do it in public just while taking pics with a serious face then slight bite and mew for the best looking picture
