How to choose a surgeon bro ? Getting a male vs femelle surgeon?

I don’t know bro I’m getting surgery bimax now how can I choose? I don’t know maybe female surgeons are good but maybe they bluepilled? Also male surgeon can be bluepilled too. I don’t want a surgeon that is too focused on some recommandations made by his training etc. Like I seen what surgeons do when they are blackpilled.
