1: Hard neck brace
this neck brace exerts pressure on your lower jaw, this way you make sure that the lower teeth are attatched to the upper teeth. However this puller forces you in a terrible posture, making impossible to wear it unless you are laying on the bed
pros: makes sure the mandible is attatched to the maxilla so they both grow
cons: you can't move the neck, the bad posture will cause a lot of pain
2: Soft neck brace
The soft neck brace does not force in improper postures, however it's still impossible to move the neck
cons: impossible to move the neck
3: Helmets
With helmets you can freely move the neck, however if the helmet is not tight enough on your head, the helmet will rotate downward
pros: it's possible to move the neck
cons: the helmet may slip downward, your scalp cannot breath so you may lose hair
4: Neck training Band
Since it's designed to hold heavy wieght while remaining fixed on your head, this may be the best puller for facepulling.
5: Sandra Kahn BOW
pros: it's possible to move the head freely, it will stay still on your head
cons: it costs 250 dollars and it's designed for young children
6: Reverse pull headgear
The reverse pull headgear has been user for decades in dentistry to fix underbites, this tool exerts a force to pull the maxilla out and a force to push the mandible back.
If it's used by a person who does suffer underbite, the reverse pull headgear will cause an overbite.
CONCLUSION:
During night it's better to wear a hard neck brace to make sure your mandible remains attatched to the maxilla while you sleep.
During the day it's better to choose a puler which gives you the freedom to move your head. I think the neck training band is the best, but I have not tried it yet.
