I like to light my face on fire every few months after I’ve burnt all my skin off so my skin can’t heal so it’s just raw muscle then I don’t have to worry about stupid acne on my skin anymore. It’s working wonderfully, I recommend to everyone.

Your acne isn't bad enough to use accutane, so I'd just recommend tretinoin or tazarotene. Both require a prescription from a dermatologist, unless you buy it online from somewhere that doesn't require one.

For topical retinoids to work well, you're going to need a cleanser, a moisturizer, and SPF (this part is incredibly important).
