But i often see girls im attracted to in public and hokd eye conract for long times but mever have the confidence or balls to approach or dont even know where to start. How do i cold approach and how do i gain the confidence for it

I have done multiple high dose shroom trips even 1 heroic dose. Never microdosed. Though u felt cognitive benefits in thebdays after thise shroom trips

Its a big step up from weed. I know your first times with weed can be kind of intense but it doesnt compare. I made the mistake of going straight into a high dose shroom trip after only smoking weed and it was too intense. I would say do a low dose trip then medium until you are completely comfortable with them. Then go into the more intense experiences

Well ny first high dose was overwhelming in a way I cant describe. It was like my thoughts were so complex it scared me and i had weird hallucinations such as my friends heads shrinking and such, but mainly the thoughts were more scary. Now i can do high doses like theyre nothing I iust wasnt ready at the time. The heroic dose im never doing again tho

This method works really well but personally I barely did it, IGmaxxing was my thing and also meeting girls through mutual friends. I’m personally just anti cold approach if you are open to it I think it’s a good skill to have
