I dont use cleanser, only moisturizer.

I have been on for 3 months as of today
(Think arms are peeling a little more cuz i just showered for a long time)

Also should i use sunscreen on arms aswell?
Should you use sunscreen on your arms? Well, the dermatologist-recommended advice is that you should use sunscreen all over your exposed skin regardless if you're using Accutane or not. But in this case it's even more important, as a form of Vitamin A, Accutate increases cell turnover (and other many things in the skin), which basically removes a layer of protective, old or dead skin and leaves that brand-new skin exposed to the sun, this obviously causes issues because now that you're skin is much more sensitive the chances of...
If you started using Accutane recently and didn't escalate from a lower concentration peeling and dryness is pretty common at the beginning. Other than using a moisturizer, or my preferred method which is oils, there's very little you can do, you just have to wait until your body adapts. BY THE WAY, USE SUNSCREEN FOR YOUR OWN GOOD. Also try switching to a gentler cleanser for your skin if yours is too harsh (You can figure that out if before using Accutate and washing with your cleanser your skin felt tight or quickly got dry, a cleanser is not supposed to leave your skin like the Sahara).

This is true ALL over your body.

Furthermore, you mention you don't use a cleanser, which is fine, most people could do fine with water (with some exceptions of course). However I assume you still use soap/body wash, given that your peeling isn't as bad on your face, but it is in your arms, could it be that maybe your body wash or soap is too strong, or maybe that you're physically exfoliating (with a loofah, wash cloth, etc) and being too hard on your skin? Anything that strips your skin too much of it's natural oils, or chemically and physically exfoliates your skin could be behind your issue, and of course, the fact that you've only been on Accutane for 3 months. You could try swapping some products you use, or scrubbing less hard when you shower, but regardless, it's more a matter of waiting it out.
