How to combat diffuse thinning without minox/fin?

Just shaved my head and luckily my structure makes me look slayer but I noticed im diffuse thinning hard at the top

I'm not using that jew poison fin or minoxidil and I'm too young for hair transplants/ too poor at 18.

Is a mix of castor oil/ peppermint oil/ onion juice/ a bunch of other oils + dermarolling cope? It seems the only safe way.

I'm honestly just getting a hair piece since they look top tier nowadays.

Damn fr? I just bought an inversion table and am now 6'1 barefoot. I'm gonna try thanks man. I'll put a bucket of oil at the bottom so my hair can soak as well.
