How to combine tretoin with other products?

I need help, I recently had a break out and dont know what to do. Currently blasting the fuck out of tretinoin (isotretoin) but I don’t know what to combine it with, also if anyone has tips on what socialmaxx drugs u could use every day except pregab id much appreciate it
