How to confidence/comfortable Maxx or whatever the fuck It's supposed to be called

I need to understand and get back into socialization, I barely talk to anyone like a friend, I'm formal even with my own family, and I can barely interact irl, I hate the fact that I can't think of perfect responses in real life, and as soon as someone talks to me I become an npc and start glitching, I'll either reply with a high pitched voice for some reason, or I'll just say some shit that doesn't make any sense, I can talk well in vcs but irl I'm done, also I tend to get very VERy uncomfortable around foids, whenever I hear them or whenever they're near my I get away immediately, what the fuck is wrong with me I need an explanation.
