How to Confidence Max (serious question)

I'm 6'3, I have a athletic physique, and I have posted my face on here before on old accounts and I used AI, and only one time I wasn't rated a Chadlite (the lowest I was rated was a HTN but they rated me a Chadlite after i said my height). And rating aside I have done 2 modeling gigs before, I have gotten compliments from random girls on the street and in stores saying I look good, when I go on Omegle websites I get compliments from most people, I get attention from my looks but even then I don't have any confidence and im genuinely so anti-social, I had a slight fucked up life growing up but I still want attention and experience my looks fully with confidence, does anyone have any advice how I can get more confidence and get more Charisma?

I have an identical problem (definitely not as good looking though, maybe slightly above average) but I spent most of my teenage years isolated wasting time, feeling depressed.

I have the Same problem though I am Not as good looking but I am getting complimented and crushed on all the time. I am just too shy/retarded to make the First Move or something Like that because I am afraid of rejection or awkwardness
