crash test levels before u go with sleep deprivation

I'd recommend you to be absolutely lean around 6-8%, this tanks your test levels by a lot. Additionally the day before you go to the doctor pull an allnighter. Stop eating cholesterol for a week before.

That's it, you will have low low T which will make him prescribe you TRT.

wow, how do i buke my bf, do i stop eating totally, or just be in heavy deficit i can also run clen since i have some on me

Try to hit your protein goals at best, cut every other food out. From now on view food solely as fuel for your body for 1-2 months (depending on what your bf% is right now) Also add clen, titrate up slowly especially in the first days. Clen gets safer with prolonged use thats why you shouldnt cycle it.

So do: Heavy deficit + clen + hit protein

After 1-3 months you should be really really lean.

Yeah no problem

Most pills come in 40mcg form, break a few in half and start with a dosage of 20mcg daily for 3 days, after that increase to 40mcg again 3 days and increase to 60 & 3 days, 80mcg and if you can increase the dosage without issues increase to 100-120mcg. I'm running 120mcg daily, when training to failure in the gym I get heart pain and feel like I have a heart attack sometimes so really take it slow with increasing the dosage.

The first time I took clen I took 40mcg and I had brutal resting heart rate and my hands were shaking bad, so start with 20mcg really
