How to convince my dentist to gimme a palate expander

Basically right i have a regular palate, not narrow, but i want it to be wide, is there anyrhing i can larp ornsay to my dentist so he makes me wear one?

Mse and palate is cope btw it won’t do anything and it some cases will make you look worse
