I like my curries hot. But last night I made a mistake when I ordered a Phal from a new place. It brought pain, not pleasure, so I quit after a few pieces.

It is 95+% intact and I don't want to bin it. Is there anything I can to make it more tolerable? I have some packs of chickpea & lentil, which I love, that are in a mild sauce. If I just mix them together, will that bring down the over spice?

Is there anything else that I can do? Or should I just call it a Korma and give it to Ronnie Pickering?
