I don't really have real friends who I regularly talk and meet up, also im currently a neet, all I do all day is doomscroll, and play Clash Royale, I have no motivation to anything, and my dopamine receptors are fried beacuse of years of social media addiction.

Im getting a job soonly, but I don't have any idea how can I make my life any better right now
