Rn i am coping by saying “it will get smaller when i lose this fat” but when i touch my hips while im standing up its rock hard and i dont feel any fat coming on my hands what can i even do about this my waist is small asf so i literally look like an hourglass rn

If it’s bone it’s over. If you are prone to storing fat there then you need to start saving for lipo.

Same problem. Do you have good shoulders? I see fairly good looking guys with fairly wide hips that have wide shoulders but if your shoulders are bad too it's probably over.

Same problem. Do you have good shoulders? I see fairly good looking guys with fairly wide hips that have wide shoulders but if your shoulders are bad too it's probably over.
My shoulders are kinda wide but my chest area is wide too so it doesnt look that good

Actually being fat is kinda irrelevent to development and hormones like t and e despite what gymcels will try and tell you there are plenty of ex fatcels that have good physiques and narrow hips because their test was in the normal range during puberty if you have high estrogen its probably an issue with your balls or pituitary gland

Trust me even eating like shit doesnt really matter for test if you have good high t genes since alot of poor people eat low protein and high processed crap and have better genes and are way more nt than low t middle class fags that eat well , and being tall can be a low t trait, chinese eunuchs were described as being tall with short torsos and long limbs and klinefelters are always taller than average

Get huge delts and lats. You might need steroids depending on how bad your shoulder/hip ratio is and how wide your clavicles are.

You can also possibly train obliques for a more aesthetic Greek statue build.
