How to cope with having narrow IPD

I know it caps me at MTN and there’s probably a very slim chance I can reach HTN with surgery (obviously not OBO but other shit to make up for it). How can I cope with this fact? I’m finding it very hard to do so.

Im not just gonna fucking accept it and LDAR though, I can still improve my looks, I just know I’m capped at a certain area. I’m still gonna improve everything I can.
