how to cope with having zero undereye support

this is currently what my eye area looks like from the side, im barely exaggerating in this sketch, the suifuel part is that theres no fix to it as far as im aware, my maxilla is quite wide but recessed with no forward growth, and my upper jaw bone is too far below my eyes, i was wondering what to even do about this its absolutely horrific to look at irl

solved in 15 min with fillers first to get a feel then fat grafts

I have the same problem. I’ve tried sleep, volufiline, high fat diet, and vitamin c but nothing worked. I’m getting fillers in a few weeks for this.

are u sure its safe? when i touch my upper jaw or the surface thats below my eyes i can feel the bone whilst feelinf my eyeball

yea this is an actual issue for me aswell im not sure how expensive lefort osteomety is but it will surely fix the issue
