How to cope with LTRing 22 y/o+ foids

As I become 27 next year, I’ll probably settle for 22+ low MTB (preferably) or even high LTB foid. At that age, they have been in 2-3 LTRs already and got dicked down on the daily for years. The worse thing? That’s the best case scenario. God knows how many Chad dick she took on the side
