How common are disappointments with otoplasty, and is it worth considering the procedure for correction? I've noticed that quite a few cases don't turn out as expected afterward, and it seems like a lot of them don't go well
Initial plan was to do that but my hair says no , its rough and stubborn for me to style it in a way that hides my ears. Maybe I could just grow the sides more and see if it might help . Thx

I picked a horrible picture , the one I posted is a good result. but yeah I've seen many shit results especially on Reddit where their shit gets infected and looks deformed

Post a botch. The surgeon would have to be a literal retard to botch someone
I can't remember where I saw them. I just know that the couple times I thought about doing it and looked at some results, they looked bad. They were too flat in the middle and then flared out on the top and bottom. Googling it, it does look like there are less botches than I thought.
