You could use PDO threads to max out ur supras but other than that just start saving up for the implants.

or could be a lack of under eye fat pads? can I see your side profile, cause I am also confused if my infras recessed or bad underye fat.

it's infras, my side has a negative orbital vector, even with elite tier fat pads you'll still get lower lid droop, possibly even more due to the additional weight of the fat - see Sean-O-Pry for example. You're a good fat graft candidate if you have minimal droop but still bad undereyes (telltale sign of poor fat pads)

only reason his lids droop less than mine is due to his infras being better than mine (JFL so over)

I just squint very slightly so that only my lower eyelid moves up, this also makes my under eye look much fuller so it's 2 birds with one stone
