Use a less Jewish soap bar or showering gel.

Too many chemicals or may be allergies.

My immediate reaction from the title was "are you using conditioner?". A lot of the time when it is rinsed out of the hair, it ends up on your back and then doesn't get washed off adequately which can cause acne.

Other than that, you can try body washes containing salicylic acid- wash with these after you have washed your hair fully.

Is accutane worth it?

Often, yes. Talk to a dermatologist, they'll be able to give you advice better suited to your specific situation.

In addition to salicylic acid, I recommend sulfur. The soap I use contains both, and it has been a miracle for me. Doesn't smell great, but no downside to using it at night.

accutane is not worth it unless you also have moderate-severe facial acne

This is 100% legit, I had terrible back acne and one hot summer's day I was with my friends bathing in the ocean and sunbathing afterwards. I forgot sunscreen and my back got severly sunburnt, it hurt like hell for a few days and it was red as a tomato.

The acne disappeared completely.

Don't seem to work on face for some reason though.
