i could go on but I believe op is looking for a shortcut in which case the last three i listed are most effective.

Things like iodine etc are difficult to manage esp as iodine causes detox reation when first taking (fluoride and bromide is flushed out from glands and tissues). magnesium and glycine are safer bets but iodine can help the body fully relax so sleep is likely to be deeper (magnesium does something similar but not as potent as iodine0)

hgh or insulin intake makes u sleepy

hgh is more preferable when you go bed

Have sex but more then likely jack off you fucking looser

One of the underrated things that matters is making yourself feel tired. So that would mean doing a 30minute to 1 hour workout session of medium to high intensity, or a 20-30 minute cardio session of medium to high intensity 3-4 hours before bed time

Caffeine intake also needs to be limited to no more then 11:30am-12:30pm, as after 1pm it will last too Long in the blood stream.

B vitamin intake also needs to be carefully monitored , as if you do it without doing any exercise you will be up all night. Only take b vitamin complex pills if you plan to exercise that day, as it provides you energy.

Energy drinks often times have b vitamins added to them which will keep you up all night and give you that energy, so avoid those entirely unless you plan to workout like early in the day before noon so only for morning workouts. Don't bother with pre workout

Also journaling before bed is good, will help you to get rid of excess thoughts before your bed so your mind is not in a 100 places.

Besides that magnesium and zinc 30 minutes before bed is good, and melatonin also, but you need to exercise to create the fatigue for the body to be able to sleep.

And don't exercise or workout too close to blood time, as the blood pumping will keep you awake. So best to do 3-4 hours before bed time, avoid 1 hours before bed time as that is a bit too close

Going in nature helps me sleep better, I would go spend some time in the woods and see if it gets better

Go watch the sunset, connect with nature.

Watching the sunset is an integral part of our circadian Rymth and will release melatonin
