What doses are good of prefab,phenibut and baclofen? I want to use it for daily use and for when I go out with friends.

250-300mg for pregab, but eat before taking not to be tipsy
1g for phenibut
20mg for baclofen (never go beyond 100mg, there's risk of blacking out)
and don't mix any of those with alco as they already interact with your GABA receptors and don't work together well; and don't take em every day jfl, just before social interactions
