Do this routine for a week and you will burn body fat like crazy, fast and easy.
Step 1: Eating Hours (Fasting)
You should only eat from 12pm-8pm everyday. Apart from these hours you can drink water and black coffee. During these hours eat 2000 calories and drink only water (3-5 litres ideally).
Step 2: What you need to eat:
Eat two meals, one to break your fast at 12pm, and another at 7pm, with a light snack (preferably a protein bar or some spinach/carrots to beta-carotenemax at 8pm to start your fast)
First meal:
2 Chicken breast with Raw broccoli, spinach and carrots. 1 litre of water and after that take your supplements (D3, K2, Zinc, Magnesium atleast). You can also take other supplements like rad-140 or 11-andro etc to speed up fast loss and increase gains).
Second Meal:
Whatever you fucking want as long as its meat, but i would recommend just having the same as the first meal.
Step 3: Exercise
Boxing is the best way to use every muscle/ligament in your body and burn body fat like crazy. You want to do your workout while you’re fasting. The best time will be in the morning from 8am-10am, anywhere in that range.
Routine:
- 10 minutes stretching every part of your body.
- 15 minutes shadow boxing. Make sure you use extensive footwork, always moving in and out of range, while at the same time throwing fast combos. You want to jab a lot, this will also make your lead hand really tired and in the end stronger.
- 15 minutes heavy bag. You want to lead the bag with the jab, and throw extensive combos, working the body and the head. Every 5 minutes try to sneak in 20 wide pushups with the gloves on, this will burn like crazy as it will be knuckle pushups.
- 15 minutes skipping rope. Take it easy and don’t move too much, feet should just glide over the rope, alternate between jumping high and low, and from fast to slow.
If you do this everyday in the morning, while fasted, you will burn body fat like crazy.
It’s way better than running or any other forms of cardio.
Extra Tips:
- Water Only
- Don’t stress over anything
- Don’t eat sugar at all
- Try to get an active job
- Chew gum a lot
- Don’t Fap or ejaculate during sex while trying to cut Bodyfat
- Take roids/HGH
Tip: When measuring Bodyfat, don’t stress over the number because it will be totally unaccurate when using a scale at home. Rather measure if the number is increasing or decreasing and by how much over X period of time and record your results. This way you’ll get to know your body and how easy or hard it may be to cut X amount of bodyfat. In the future that will help you when you need to cut bodyfat for a certain event or occasion.
