How do I aggressively cut without loosing muscle mass?

Yhea I’m 5,11 160 with a decent amount of muscle mass but I need to be leaner
 
How do I aggressively cut without loosing muscle mass?
well its quite easy. you hit the maximum amount of proteins your body needs and just try to keep your carbs low while doing strenght training and cardio. eat lots of eggs they got a great protein/carbs value for cutting. in my experience i went from 71kg to 62.5 in about 3 weeks... (not healthy at all if you ask me) but hey it worked. my diet was about 3 eggs morning 4 in the evening and some meat + bread in the evening. and if u are rlly hungry and ur able to get it you should look into retatrutide.

Don’t starve yourself like people are gonna say.
If you just don’t eat then you will lose muscle. If you want to maintain muscle while losing fat stay in a slight caloric deficit (just eat good foods/the foods you already eat in smaller portions) and do 30mins-1hour cardio every day

Train lower volume than usual. Eat 700-900 calorie deficit while still hitting protein. Sleep optimally.
If you’re not scared of needles/compounds you can throw in tirz or Reta along with clen or cardarine. You’ll shred like crazy on these compounds
