How to deal with a retarded female parent

I really need som help here guys, currently im working on some projects LITTERALLY all the time, like I get no free time. And my mom keeps bothering me absolutely all the fucking time. So eventually i get annoyed and start telling her off(not in a mean way). She’s getting so fucking angry its crazy, she started punishing me in random ways for example hiding eggs like wtf. She also calls me absurd things that makes no sense.
Im 17 so i cant move out, im just trying to work on myself and want some peace but my mom is not willing to talk litterally. Its genuinely possible to have a serious convo with her cause she keeps speaking over me, she doesnt even know what my problem is cause she doesnt let me tell her.
